No spam. One email when we launch — nothing else.

Refund on denial is a fee-refund policy, not an outcome guarantee — no one can promise a USCIS result. Government filing, biometric, and premium-processing fees are paid separately and directly to USCIS; they are never refundable, by USCIS or by us. Pricing questions

What does “refund on denial” mean?

If USCIS denies your petition, our professional fees are refunded under our refund policy. This is a fee-refund policy, not an outcome guarantee — no one can guarantee USCIS results.

Does pricing vary by visa type?

Yes. Every case is a flat fee, but the fee is tailored to your visa type and situation — a straightforward H-1B and a complex EB-1A record aren't priced the same. See pricing for the fee groups, or get in touch for a quote specific to your case.

Are USCIS filing fees refunded too?

No. Our refund-on-denial policy covers our professional fee. Government filing, biometric, and premium-processing fees are paid separately and directly to USCIS — they are non-refundable by USCIS regardless of outcome, and we don't collect or hold them.

What happens to my case file if I leave or USCIS denies?

You keep it. Your full case file is yours to take to another firm or reuse for a re-file later — we don't hold your data hostage.
