Your case data never trains public AI models. VisaSherpa.ai is operated by AgenticQuay Inc. and is not a law firm. Case information — documents, identifiers, and details you upload (which may include passports, financial records, and other sensitive data) to prepare your petition.
Usage data — device, browser, and interaction data collected via cookies and analytics.

To provide and improve the Platform and prepare your immigration case materials.
To connect you with independent, licensed immigration attorneys you choose to engage.
To communicate with you about your account, cases, and updates.
To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud and abuse.

3.AI and your data

We use artificial intelligence to assist with case preparation. Your personal information, evidence, and petition content are never used to train any public or third-party foundation model. Where attorney-client privilege applies between you and an attorney you engage, that data is further protected.

4.How we share information

We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with the independent attorney you engage, with service providers under contract (e.g., hosting, payments) bound by confidentiality, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

5.Data security

We use enterprise-grade safeguards including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, and independent security auditing (SOC 2 Type II). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-leading practices.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data subject to applicable retention requirements.
