Please note: VisaSherpa.ai is an AI-powered U.S. immigration software platform operated by AgenticQuay Inc. VisaSherpa.ai is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Legal services are provided solely by independent, bar-licensed immigration attorneys you separately engage. This document is a template and must be reviewed and finalized by licensed counsel before use.

1.Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the VisaSherpa.ai website, tools, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2.What VisaSherpa.ai is — and is not

VisaSherpa.ai is a technology platform that streamlines immigration case preparation using artificial intelligence and connects you with independent, licensed immigration attorneys. VisaSherpa.ai is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.

All legal services are provided by independent attorneys, not by VisaSherpa.ai or AgenticQuay Inc.
An attorney-client relationship is formed only upon execution of a written engagement letter directly with an attorney.
Using our eligibility tools or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship.

3.Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.Fees and refunds

Platform and service fees are described at the time of purchase. Pricing for services does not include government application, biometric, or filing fees, which are paid separately to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and are non-refundable. Any money-back or refund-on-denial terms apply only as expressly stated in your written agreement.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by submitting unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content, attempting to reverse engineer the service, or interfering with its operation or security.

6.Intellectual property

The Platform, including software, models, text, and design, is owned by AgenticQuay Inc. and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload.

7.Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any immigration outcome. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. VisaSherpa.ai is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency.

8.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgenticQuay Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
