Refund Policy

Refund on denial, in plain English. If USCIS denies a petition we prepared, you get your service fee back. Government fees paid to USCIS are never refundable because they go to the government, not to us. The controlling terms are those in your written agreement. This page is a template and must be reviewed by licensed counsel.

1.The money-back guarantee

For eligible cases, if USCIS issues a denial of the petition we prepared and an attorney filed, we refund 100% of the VisaSherpa.ai service fee. This is a fee-refund commitment — it is not a guarantee of any immigration outcome.

2.What is refundable

Refundable: the flat service fee you paid to VisaSherpa.ai for preparation of the denied petition.
Not refundable: USCIS government filing fees, biometric fees, premium-processing fees, and any other amounts paid directly to a government agency or to third parties.

3.Timeline

Once we receive the USCIS denial notice for a covered petition, we initiate your refund to the original payment method, typically within five (5) business days, processed via our payment provider.

4.Conditions & exclusions

You provided accurate, complete, and truthful information and the documents reasonably requested.
The denial was not caused by material misrepresentation, fraud, missed client deadlines, or failure to respond to a Request for Evidence (RFE).
The guarantee applies to the specific petition and visa product purchased, as described at checkout and in your agreement.

5.Withdrawals & cancellations

If you cancel before substantial work has begun, we will refund unused amounts as described in your agreement. Once drafting and attorney review are underway, fees may be earned in part. We will always explain any deduction.

6.How to request a refund

Email billing@visasherpa.ai with your case reference and a copy of the USCIS notice. We will confirm eligibility and process the refund.
